Set across terraced buildings within 36,000 m² of Mediterranean gardens, the residence has a relaxed, family-friendly vibe. Apartments are simple and functional — studios with ground-floor patios and one‑bedrooms with garden corners or balconies — and include air conditioning, satellite/flat-screen TV, fridge with freezer and a bathroom with shower or tub; kitchenette available on request. Small pets are allowed.

Two outdoor pools (one for kids), a pool bar and a swim‑up bar, plus a solarium with parasols and sun loungers. Beach service (one umbrella and lounger per apartment) is provided via the Club Card in season.
