Completely renovated in 2017, the complex has 33 lodgings over three floors, offering studios and one-bedroom apartments. Rooms come with kitchenettes, fridge, dining area, air conditioning, TV, in-room safe and a hairdryer, plus a private balcony or terrace—some units offer partial harbor views. Studios sleep with two beds and a sofa bed; housekeeping is provided once per stay.
