This 140 m², two-level house has practical, comfortable rooms and wide mountain-and-countryside views. The layout includes living/dining areas with satellite and international TV, air-conditioned bedrooms, and an open kitchen stocked with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and more. Outdoor life centers on a private kidney-shaped pool (8×4 m, depth 0.7–1.5 m, seasonal May–Oct), terrace with barbecue and deck chairs, plus an outdoor shower. Extras: washing machine, mosquito nets, baby cot and high chair, free WiFi. Non-smoking; owner does not accept youth groups.
