In the Val Gardena valley, about 1.5 km from Santa Cristina town centre (Via Pallua 16). A public ski bus stop sits roughly 100 m away and the Monte Pana/Ciampinoi cable cars are about 1.2 km — the hotel also runs a free shuttle to those lifts.

Family-run, small hotel with classic rooms featuring flat-screen satellite TV, parquet or carpet floors and private bathrooms with hairdryer and toiletries. Some rooms have balconies or terraces; rooms include heating, TV, telephone and a safety box. Pet-friendly with restrictions (dogs not allowed in common areas and cannot book Superior rooms). Reception has limited hours—guests are asked to provide arrival details.

Relaxation area with sauna, steam bath and a hot tub/jacuzzi (sauna schedule and some facilities are limited or chargeable). Ski storage, ski-pass sales at reception and a free shuttle to the Ciampinoi/Monte Pana ski areas (runs roughly 08:30–10:00 and 15:15–16:45). On-site restaurant and bar, small convenience store, outdoor furniture, elevator, safety box and free parking for guests.

Breakfast is a buffet of cold meats, cheeses and sweet pastries to fuel mountain mornings. The restaurant serves a mix of Italian and international dishes and operates for half-board guests (dinner service typically 19:00–20:00). A local favorite, Café Andy, is also nearby for coffee and casual bites.
