A well-appointed studio with a jetted bathtub and a private balcony overlooking a nature preserve. Located on the third floor with elevator access and some accessible features; free parking for one vehicle. House rules are strict: no dogs or other pets, no smoking, guests must be 25+ to book, and a roofing project runs through May 2025 with minimal disruption.

Resort-style perks include multiple indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, sauna and steam room, tennis and racquetball courts, shuffleboard, basketball, miniature golf and walking trails. A free tram shuttles guests to the beach — wake up to sea-breeze mornings and easy sand access.

Two on-site restaurants serve casual meals and tropical cocktails, plus an on-property restaurant for quick, convenient dining after a day on the sand.
