A cosy, modern private villa of about 150 m² on a fenced 1,000 m² plot. Two double bedrooms plus a room with a double sofabed, each with ensuite shower/WC, air conditioning and terrace access. Rooftop terrace, large covered terrace and stylish indoor living/dining space. Non-smokers only. Pet-friendly (maximum one dog). Note: an outer staircase handrail is not suitable for infants.

Seasonal outdoor pool (4 x 3 m, available 01 Apr–31 Oct), hydromassage (unheated) and an outdoor shower. Pool house with fridge and cooking stove, barbecue area and lawned wildlife garden for chill-out mornings. Parking for two cars, fenced grounds, washing machine, iron and press service.
