Ground floor has a dining room that opens to the kitchen and a conservatory with a second dining area offering partial sea views. The spacious living room also looks out to the sea and connects to a twin bedroom with an en suite shower. There’s a guest toilet and utility room on the ground floor. Upstairs the master double enjoys a terrace with sea views, an en suite bathroom with separate shower and a dressing room. Two twin bedrooms and a double share a separate bathroom. A covered terrace room with sofas and a table sits beside the pool — ideal for kids at the start and end of season. The adjoining villa is occupied by the owner (who only uses the property at night) and does not use the outside area. Air conditioning is provided on a limited, fixed timetable.
