Villa Dragonera  

On the rocks between Cala d'Or and Santanyí — a true sea-front villa with open-sea views. It's about 9 km from Santanyí town centre and within easy walking distance of coves like Cala Gran, Caló de ses Dones and Caló des Corral.

This detached villa has two interconnecting buildings and a large lawn that slopes down to the sea. Each side mirrors the other: bright ground-floor living/dining areas with a semicircular built sofa and direct access to pool and garden, two double en-suite bedrooms upstairs with terraces and sea views, and a basement laundry. One kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher included); the other is not. Two covered terraces—one with a dining table, one a chill-out sofa area—plus air conditioning (cold/warm, limited to 21:00–09:00). The pool is roughly 10 × 5 m (depth 0.90–2.05 m) with a shallow children area (40–60 cm).

Private outdoor pool, large garden down to the rocks, barbecue area and free parking on the premises. Towels and bed linen provided, ironing and a safe-deposit box available. Self-cater with a fully equipped kitchen (one side) and a dishwasher, or fire up the barbecue for alfresco meals on the terrace. The covered dining terrace is perfect for seaside breakfasts or evening dinners with sea views.
