This two-storey villa feels bright and modern — a sunny hall leads to an open living/dining area with a well-equipped kitchen and sliding doors onto a covered terrace. A marble stair climbs to a master suite with an en-suite shower and terrace with panoramic sea views; three more bedrooms (including twins) share the remaining bathrooms. A few steps down from the terrace take you to the private pool area overlooking the sea. Heating and air conditioning are fitted in all bedrooms and the living area (AC/heat on a limited timetable, 21:00–09:00).
