On a lake in Smeaton, Central Victoria — a rural bed & breakfast set on a working sheep farm about 8 km from the town center. It’s a 15‑minute drive to Tuki Trout Farm and Anderson’s Mill, with Bullarook Creek and Captains Creek wineries a short drive away.

Delightful stone-cottage vibe with open fires and panoramic country and lake views. Six individually furnished rooms feature kitchenettes (fridge and microwave), pillowtop beds with down comforters and Egyptian cotton sheets, private balconies or patios, and 36‑inch plasma TVs. A terrace and garden add to the relaxed retreat atmosphere.
