A compact single-family house (35 m²) with a west-facing position. Living/dining room has a double sofabed, TV and air conditioning; one bedroom with a French bed (180 × 200 cm). Open kitchen with 4 hot plates, oven and dishwasher. Shower/bidet/WC and a large 40 m² terrace with outdoor furniture.

Private barbecue and terrace for alfresco evenings, washing machine and on-site parking. Air conditioning and TV in the living area, plus a dishwasher in the kitchen — wake up to sea-breeze mornings just steps from the shore.

A restaurant is about 1 km away and a shop roughly 2 km from the house, making it easy to sample local meals after a day on the beach.
