Agriturismo Casale Fusco

Perched on a hilltop a short drive from Spoleto (about 6–10 km northwest), Casale Fusco sits among vineyards and olive groves with sweeping panoramic views. Explore nearby Giardino Frontone, the Basilica di San Domenico and the National Museum of Umbrian Archaeology, or use the house as a base for day trips to Assisi, Perugia, Todi and Orvieto.

A beautifully restored country home on 18 acres, Casale Fusco mixes rustic charm with simple, warm décor. Rooms are air-conditioned, many have private entrances and some include well-equipped kitchens; all offer flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms with walk-in showers. The property is pet-friendly and accessible to guests with reduced mobility, and there’s a garden and panoramic terrace for lazy afternoons.

Standout perks include a private pool, outdoor swimming pool and an on-site aquapark, plus a solarium and a massage room for chill downtime. Wake up to hilltop sunrises, picnic in the grounds, rent bikes or cars on site, or try horseback riding and mountain-biking nearby. Free Wi-Fi, free private parking and a paid airport shuttle keep logistics easy; rafting and rock climbing are under an hour away.

The property offers a conference hall and meeting and presentation facilities, with free Wi‑Fi across the grounds.

There’s an on-site restaurant and a bar for relaxed meals and evening drinks. Guests can enjoy buffet or continental breakfasts, a coffee shop on site and packed-lunch options for day trips.
