A roomy villa with a large garden, furnished veranda and terrace. Ground floor has a kitchen, living room with a double sofa and wood-burning fireplace, plus a shower bathroom. A spiral staircase leads up to a landing with a heat pump and four bedrooms (two doubles, one flexible double/twin and another double) and a full shower bathroom. Essentials include air conditioning, fans, TV, coffee machine, washing machine, hairdryer and kitchenware.

Free Wi‑Fi across the property, a barbecue area, outdoor shower, terrace and garden for al fresco hangs, and shared indoor/limited onsite parking. Wake up to sea‑breeze mornings and step out to the Plemmirio protected area. In partnership with local providers you can book boat trips, guided bike tours, Etna excursions, airport transfers and vehicle or boat rentals.
