Easy access to hiking trails and nearby sights like Ponte nel Cielo (5 km), Val di Mello (31 km) and Lago di Como (38 km). Car recommended; public parking is 200 m from the house.

A cozy 50 m², three‑room apartment on the upper ground floor with wooden, rustic furnishings and a warm wood‑burning stove. Sleeps in a small double bedroom plus a small bunk room; living/dining room has TV and radio and opens to the garden. Small kitchenette with oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine (capsules provided). Non‑smoking, private entrance and maximum one dog allowed.
