A small, friendly complex of 26 one‑bedroom apartments arranged around an outdoor pool and sun terrace. Each unit has a private balcony or terrace (some with a big solarium), an equipped kitchenette with fridge and stovetop, a bathroom with bath or shower, a safe and a furnished sitting area. Regular housekeeping is provided multiple times per week. Reception is staffed Monday–Saturday 11:00–13:00; arrivals outside these hours will find a note at reception.

Take a dip in the outdoor pool or lounge on the sun terrace with sunbeds. Private gardens surround the apartments for quiet moments. On‑site conveniences include a tour/ticket desk, poolside sun terrace and nearby public parking. Wake up to sea‑breeze mornings just a short stroll from the sand.

No on‑site restaurant, but you’re steps from Avenida de Las Playas’ lively strip of bars and eateries. Plenty of local restaurants and tapas bars are within easy walking distance, and a supermarket sits opposite the complex for self‑catered meals.
