About a 15-minute drive from Tixcocob Church and Tixkokob Central Park and roughly 30 minutes from Mérida. Close to the Ake archaeological site and the town of Izamal — a boutique, spa hotel and family-friendly base between Mérida and the Mayan Riviera.

Contemporary art and deco chic meet colonial classicism in this newly remodeled hacienda. Ten guestrooms plus suites and four Mayan houses feature private terraces or balconies, air conditioning, king canopied beds, Egyptian cotton sheets and bathrobes. Hacienda Ticum restaurant specializes in Mexican cuisine. Cooked-to-order breakfasts are served daily from 7 AM to 11 AM (for a fee). The bar/lounge pours cocktails, wine and spirits, and limited room service is offered.
