A fully licensed three-story house completed in 2019, roughly 100 sqm and sleeps up to 7 guests. The first floor has a Japanese-style tatami room, a balcony, and a separate bath and toilet. The second floor holds the living area, kitchen and a sofa bed. The third floor features two bedrooms and an extra toilet. Ideal for families, groups or mid-term stays.

Air conditioning, Wi‑Fi, washing machine, TV, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and basic kitchenware. Bathroom essentials provided: shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes and towels. Professional cleaning prepares the house for each guest and all linens are replaced, so you arrive to a fresh space and can wake up ready to hit the city.

High-speed internet and spacious common areas make it easy to work from the house. Multiple toilets and a full kitchen help small teams or longer-stay guests stay comfortable.
