Four air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs, private showers and bidets, and garden views. The place feels like a lived-in villa—there’s a communal kitchen, playrooms for kids, elevator access, and staff who speak English and Italian.

Complimentary Wi‑Fi, free on-site parking, a garden with barbecue area, babysitting/childcare (surcharge), laundry and dry-cleaning, luggage storage, and a doctor on call. Transfers and train/airport pick-up are available for a fee. Pets are welcome.
