Located in Contovello (Roiano-Gretta-Barcola-Cologna-Scorcola), about 7 km from the city center and close to Teatro Lirico and the Natural Marine Reserve of Miramare Visitor Center.

There are 13 guestrooms, including sea-view double rooms with private bathrooms ideal for families or small groups, plus a cozy reading room/library and two large terraces with spectacular Gulf of Trieste views. No air conditioning at present — the cool Trieste breeze and fans keep things comfortable.

Two terraces and a garden for sunset-watching, bicycles to rent, a shared kitchen and a TV in the common area. Free self-parking onsite, daily housekeeping, laundry/dry cleaning, concierge and a tour desk. Expect sea-breeze mornings and summertime seafood smells drifting in from the terrace.
