A renovated two-star agriturismo composed of traditional 'bagli' around a sunny courtyard. Four studio apartments feature kitchenettes, a double bed plus sofa bed in some units, sea-view balconies or furnished terraces, and bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. The property spreads across roughly 10 hectares of dry-stone terraces with organic vegetable plots, capers, tiny Ustica lentils and mixed livestock—great for long countryside walks and direct contact with nature.

Sea-view balconies and patios, free private parking, bicycle rental (while stocks last) and boats available for hire to explore bays and caves like the Blue Grotto and Green Cave. Patios and terraces invite sea-breeze mornings. Pets are allowed.
