Historic rooms are individually furnished by category, many with views over the Corso or the villa’s rose garden. Bathrobes, beach towels and care products are provided, and each room has a dedicated free parking spot. The property has no air conditioning; catering is not offered from October through April.

A private beach area with day beds, sun loungers and parasols and a watersports landing make summer mornings feel cinematic. There’s a bar in the old casino space, a fitness area and table tennis, plus playrooms to keep kids entertained. Additional services include transfers, laundry and a safe-deposit box.

On-site restaurants Rosengarten and Rosé and a beach restaurant serve regional specialties alongside international dishes. Breakfast is served on the sunny terrace; room service and lunch-pack options are available for day trips. Note that catering is paused from October to April.
