In central Venice on a quiet canal, a short walk from Ca' d'Oro and minutes from the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. The residence is accessible by boat or on foot and sits next to the main routes to the city's top sights.

Interiors are inspired by Italo Calvino’s Invisible Cities, with each unit uniquely styled and individually furnished. Rooms feature air conditioning, memory-foam beds, flat-screen TVs, minibars and microwaves, plus bathrooms with showers and bidets. Daily housekeeping is provided and the property welcomes adults over 15 only.

Take in canal views from a rooftop terrace or unwind in the riverside garden and communal living room. The property can host private events in the garden or banquet hall, and a concierge and tour desk can arrange city tours, transfers and theatre tickets—perfect for wake-up canal-side mornings.

Complimentary wireless internet is available throughout. Practical services include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, laundry and dry-cleaning, a safe-deposit box and an elevator for easy access.
