The Florian is a circa‑1885 Victorian guest house with six rooms across three floors. Rooms were recently refurbished and include family, twin, double and single layouts, all with en‑suite or private facilities, towels and toiletries. Every unit features a kitchenette (fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, table & chairs), a seating area with flat‑screen TV and carpeted floors. A welcome pack awaits arrivals and there’s a shared lounge for chilling out.

Step outside and you’re close enough to wake up to sea‑breeze mornings and hop onto the X53 for Jurassic Coast tours.
