Perched at the foot of the National Alpine Ski Center in Yanqing District, Beijing, this mountain residence is minutes from the Winter Olympics Forest Park and close to Songshan Nature Reserve and local ski resorts — with the Summer Palace listed among nearby attractions. Eight two-story buildings encircle a nearly 700 m² courtyard and generous public spaces. Rooms range 40–70 m² with options like an in-room bubble pool, flexible extra-large beds that split into twins, hotel-grade mattresses and aromatherapy-style bathrooms. Décor mixes original woodcut prints and custom ceramic cup sets with warm communal corners for music and film.

Spread across roughly 600 m² of shared space: a cinema, concert living room with instruments, fireplace lounge, library, coffee hall, bar, tea room, children's activity area and rotating exhibition space.
