Tengchong Nansu Banshanli Private Tang Hot Spring Homestay

Perched in the mountains of Tengchong at Building 21, Laifei Manor on Gaoligong Mountain. A mountain hot-spring homestay minutes from Heshun Ancient Town, Dieshui River Waterfall and the Tengchong Museum.

This boutique homestay opened in 2023 and has just 13 rooms, each hiding a private hot-spring 'blind box' — sodium bicarbonate water for silky skin. Room styles range from sunlit courtyards (petting resident cats) to balcony lounges and 270° floor-to-ceiling window views. Modern comforts include full-house floor heating, Dyson hairdryers and smart toilets, and the hot-spring pools are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after checkout.

Private year-round hot springs in every room, an outdoor infinity pool that turns into a starry-sky soak at night, and a gym. Onsite bar and restaurant, library, picnic area, parking, concierge, laundry/dry cleaning and in-room extras like a mini-bar and slippers. Wake up to mountain air and osmanthus-scented courtyard mornings.

Conference hall for meetings, parking and elevator/lift access. Concierge staff can help arrange local itineraries and practical support.

An on-site restaurant and bar focusing on local flavors — try Tengchong rice noodles and soybean paste. The butler team also serves homestyle touches like a goodnight sweet soup to round off the day.
