Set in the Mugello countryside just 3 km from medieval Borgo San Lorenzo and about 30 minutes from Florence, this Tuscan country resort sits on rolling land dotted with olive trees. Mugello Circuit is a short drive away; Lake Bilancino and Barberino Designer Outlet are within easy reach. A spread-over-200-hectare resort with 27 individually furnished rooms and spacious Tuscan-style apartments, many with private entrances, patios or balconies and wide countryside views. Rooms include refrigerators, LCD TVs, safes and desks; bathrooms feature bidets and complimentary toiletries. The resort closes seasonally from November 15 to March 15.

Two outdoor pools (an adults-only Quiet Pool and a Family Pool), a full-service spa with massages, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, plus a fitness room and tennis court. On-site activities include bike rental, poolside yoga (June–September), kids' playground and a lineup of excursions — cooking classes, wine and oil tastings, truffle hunts, hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding. Enoteca del Monsignore serves Tuscan classics and a wine-bar selection using organic ingredients from the resort kitchen garden — think homemade pasta, game and truffle specialties. A complimentary local-cuisine breakfast is served daily from 8:00–10:30, and you can dine under the olive trees or in front of the fireplace for a cozy, regional meal.
