One‑bed and two‑bed layouts sleep 2–6 and include kitchenettes and bathrooms (showers or tubs); many units have two bathrooms. Small pets are welcome, air conditioning is available on request (extra), and late check‑in and garage use incur fees.

Reception and elevator, common areas with benches and fountains, and a free parking space per apartment in the unattended car park.
