Orlando Area Standard Plus Homes

Just outside Orlando's theme-park corridor, these private vacation homes sit 15–35 minutes from the Disney area. Family-friendly and ideal for groups or couples who want privacy—park-hopping is easy but a rental car is essential.

Standard Plus homes give you more space than a standard rental and are clean and well appointed for families with young children. Choose 3–5 bedroom layouts (sleeps 6–10); no pets allowed; mandatory fees include an $85 Payment Protection Plan at check-in and a $125 short-stay cleaning fee for reservations under a week.

Each home features a private screened pool with sun loungers, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave), washer/dryer, air-conditioning, iron, all linens, TV and telephone—some homes offer sofa beds for extra guests. Optional add-ons on request include WiFi, pool heating (excluding July–August), welcome packs, mid-stay cleaning, baby cribs, highchairs, rollaways and BBQs (fees apply).

WiFi is available on request for a fee and a telephone is provided in the home.

Self-cater in the fully equipped kitchen or grab a BBQ (available on request) and cook up family favorites after a day at the parks.
