In a quiet pocket of L'Alfàs del Pi, just 600 m from Playa del Albir. Shops, bars and restaurants are only a few steps away and the nightlife is about a 10-minute walk. Serra Gelada Natural Park, Albir Beach and the Open Air Roman Villa museum sit close by. Alicante Airport is roughly 60 km from the hotel.

A small complex of 24 units (10 studios and 14 apartments) across four floors, opened in 2006. Rooms feature kitchenettes, private terraces, en-suite bathrooms with hairdryers, air conditioning and heating, TV and telephone. Some one‑bedroom apartments include a sofa bed for extra guests. Cleaning and linen change are provided twice weekly.

Family-friendly facilities include an outdoor pool with a children's area, sun terrace with loungers and parasols, and a poolside snack bar. Wellness fans can book treatments at the Albir Salux physiotherapy clinic, enjoy a Jacuzzi and beauty salon services, or pick a massage. There's a children's club and playground, a games room, a small on-site supermarket and weekly live music. Golf is available nearby and parking is provided for a fee.

Conference facilities and meeting space are available. Reception operates with set hours and a tour desk to book excursions. Wi‑Fi/WLAN is offered on the property, and laundry and safe-deposit services are provided.
