The villa sits in Muravera about 7 km from the town centre, with Cristolu Axedu, Torre Salinas and Prumari beaches close by. Shops, bars and banks in Costa Rei are a short drive away — ideal for a family-friendly beach escape.

A ground-floor villa with a laid-back, practical vibe and a spacious covered veranda for outdoor dining. Inside: sitting/dining room with satellite TV and an open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) and three bedrooms — one double with ensuite shower and wall safe, one twin and one further double. Gardens are lawned (no fence to the neighbour), off-road parking is provided, insect screens fitted and air-conditioning available (payable locally). Sleeps 6; cot and washing-machine hire available for a fee.

Short walk to the beach and sea-breeze mornings guaranteed. Covered veranda, stone barbecue and outside sink for al fresco meals, plus a dishwasher and laundry option. Satellite TV, open fireplace, lawned gardens and designated off-road parking complete the practical amenity set.
