Mediterranean-style, two-storey duplex bungalows (36 units) fully renovated in 2010–2011. Ground floor opens to a living room with sofa bed and a kitchenette; upstairs has the bedroom and a furnished balcony or terrace. Rooms include air conditioning on both floors, double-glazed soundproofing, 26" TV, hairdryer, safe (extra charge on some units), fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities.
