In Cala Egos, Cala d'Or on Mallorca’s southeast coast — a Santanyí hideaway about 8 km from the town center. Shops and bars are within a 10-minute stroll; nearby coves and points of interest include Caló de ses Egos, Caló des Pou and Cala d'Or Marina.

A bright, two-storey private villa with contemporary fittings and plenty of natural light. The ground floor has an airy living/dining room with French doors to the pool terrace, a fully fitted kitchen and a utility with washing machine, plus a twin bedroom with en-suite. Upstairs are three double en-suite bedrooms, two opening onto terraces with partial sea views and steps up to a rooftop terrace with far-reaching sea views; one bathroom includes a bath. Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms on a fixed timetable (14:00–16:00 and 22:00–07:00).

Crystal-clear kidney-shaped pool (8 x 4 m) with Roman steps, sun loungers and wide sun terraces with part sea views. Outdoor pool, rooftop sun space, barbecue area, children’s playroom, safe-deposit box and parking zone on the premises. Wake up to sea-breeze mornings from the terraces.
