Set in a wooded valley at Carthew, just north of St Austell in central Cornwall. About 4 km from St Austell town centre and within a 15‑minute drive of the Eden Project and Wheal Martyn China Clay Country Park. Beaches and coastal villages like Mevagissey, Fowey and Charlestown are all a short hop away.

Housed in a converted 1862 Bible Christian Methodist chapel, the property keeps original arched granite windows, coloured glass and visible trusses. Five modern, tastefully designed guest rooms with new mattresses, sumptuous toppers, crisp linen and en‑suite showers. Rooms include flat‑screen TVs, hair dryers and daily‑replenished tea/coffee. Under new ownership since 2021 and not able to accept pets.

Complimentary Wi‑Fi and free on‑site self parking. Bar/lounge and garden views for relaxed evenings. Daily complimentary cooked‑to‑order breakfast served each morning (8:30–9:00).
