This long-established traditional ryokan dates to 1888 and keeps a quiet, timbered vibe. There are just 10 guestrooms that mix classic Japanese style with modern touches like flat-screen TVs. Bathrooms include complimentary toiletries and hair dryers, and you’ll wake to crisp mountain mornings.
