In the Umbrian hinterland near Preggio — a private country villa about 20 km from Umbertide and roughly 20 km from Passignano sul Trasimeno. Perugia sights like Teatro Comunale Morlacchi and Fontana Maggiore are reachable by car, and Umbria’s airport is about a 50-minute drive.

Country-style architecture meets bright, original interiors. The villa offers six tastefully furnished bedrooms and eight bathrooms, set within a 1,300 sqm garden with a private entrance and driveway. Rooms include satellite TV, heating and bathrooms with showers and/or tubs; fans available on request.

A large sinuous outdoor pool with small artificial islands and a furnished solarium with loungers, plus a small indoor pool for winter relaxation. Multiple garden chill zones, an outdoor barbecue area, free Wi‑Fi throughout, private on-site parking and a quiet, private setting. Small pets are welcome on request.
