On Ustica's waterfront, just steps from the port and the Archaeological Museum. The residence sits in the town centre near the small marina, Sentiero del Mezzogiorno and local churches — an easy base for diving the Marine Protected Area.

A Mediterranean-style residence with bright, minimalist interiors and panoramic terraces overlooking the marina. There are 17 studios and one‑bed apartments, many with sea views, kitchenettes, air conditioning and Sky TV. Some sea‑view studios are accessible. Small pets are welcome on request.

Three sun-drenched terraces with solarium and a hydromassage pool/Jacuzzi. Onsite massages and body treatments, complimentary Wi‑Fi in common areas, a Club House with games and a small library, and a dedicated terrace area to wash and dry diving gear. Transfer service to and from the port and partnerships with local diving centres make dive trips simple. Daily housekeeping is provided.

Conference hall and meeting rooms available, plus multilingual staff, luggage storage and a safe-deposit box at reception.

Italian buffet breakfasts are served on the terrace (cakes, home-made cookies, pastries and fresh bread) from 7:30–10:00 for a fee, with gluten-free options on request. All apartments include kitchenettes for self-catering.
