If you find broken things/things that don't work when you check-in. Report it to the host by sending a message in chat and attach a photo or video of the broken things.
If you want a refund because of a problem, it's more likely that the host will accept your request if you first agree on a refund amount.
Below are the steps for what you need to do:
Gather evidence: Take pictures or videos to document problems such as missing or broken amenities.
Make a request: Describe the problem, include pictures or video if possible, and tell your host how you would like the problem solved.
Wait for a response: If your Host refuses a refund or does not respond, you can ask Karta to step in and help. In reviewing the issue, we will refer you to Karta's Guest Refund Policy to determine what assistance we can provide.
